Phoned wheels2u at around midday to sort my locking nuts witch had a damaged key was told not a problem and was given the number for sal the wheel nut guy phoned sal and was given a great price and was told could be done the same day sal … More arrived at my home by 5pm that same day as promised and gave me great communication throughout to let me know he was on his way and had the locking nuts expertly removed within 10 minutes I then found out from chatting that this was actually sals day off and he came from seeing friends and family in Telford to my home in Coventry to make sure the job got sorted . Absolutely fantastic customer service from the 1st phone call to getting the wheel nuts off 10/10 great company will definitely use again and recommend😎

Absolutely fantastic, I messaged after finding out my new purchase didn't come with a locking wheel nut key and there was literally 8... Yes 8 locking nuts on the car, 4 on one wheel, that's insane! I expected to be paying somebody … More 250-300 to have them taken off but I was extremely surprised when I was quoted an extremely good price, way below what I thought. I also needed it doing asap and was told to give this fantastic company a message once my new wheel nuts had arrived next day. Fast forward to 2pm today and I had the wheel nuts in hand, I dropped a message and I was told he could come this evening, turns out this man keeps his word, after having a crazy day and booking me in last-last minute, he made sure to get to me and came at 9:30pm! I cannot tell you how good this service is and any company that keeps their word like this is golden in my books, he had all 8 nuts off in 10-15 minutes, and it was worth every single penny. 10/10 recommend this company, having the correct tools to help is massive. Now I can carry out work on the car so the missus can have it.

I’m sure that the work Wheels 2U does is very good but the reason I gave 3 star is after contacting them regarding a seized locking wheel nut I received an email from Saleem telling me he could do the job “this evening “ (Friday) , at 18:45 … More that night I received another email telling me the job he was working on proved to be more difficult than expected, he asked me if he could book me in for Saturday? I said that was fine by me, at 20:19 he then said he would call me 1st thing in the morning with an ETA. That was the last I heard from him, no phone call or email or text. A bit disappointed really. I called another company this morning and they came out within an hour and a half notifying me on route of their ETA, and was £25 cheaper.
UPDATE
Saleem contacted me around 3pm this afternoon to apologise as he had a family emergency on Saturday and it was all a bit hectic and was unable to contact me, which is understandable. Hopefully I’ll have better lucky next time.

God knows how stressed I was. They were able to … More give me Sal’s contact number for him to arrange a visit where my car was parked up. Sal was able to come and remove 2 lock nuts and replace the punctured tyre all within 2 hours of meeting the two gentlemen earlier. He did the job so effortlessly and efficiently. He was so lovely and absolutely professional. I can’t fault these guys. I’ve had the best experience and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much for being there for me.
