  • On-site Inspection & Assessment
Our team visits you and inspects the wheels, we’ll advise whether a smart repair, respray or full refurbishment is the best option.

Chips, scuffs or scratches are carefully filled and prepped so the finish will look smooth and seamless.

  • Respray or Re-finish
We repaint the wheels in the same or a new colour of your choice, then apply a protective clear coat for long-lasting shine.

  • Polish & Inspection
Once complete, we polish and inspect each wheel, ensuring the finish looks consistent and OEM-like.

  • Re-fit Wheels
After finishing, we refit wheels (if needed) so your car is ready to drive off straight away.

FAQs

How long does a typical mobile alloy wheel repair take?

“Diamond-cut” refers to machining the wheel with a diamond-tipped lathe to remove a thin layer of alloy. This process exposes clean metal and creates a reflective, mirror-like finish — much different to paint or powder coating.

Yes, we use high-quality paint and protective lacquer to ensure the finish stays strong against weather, road salt and everyday wear.

No – Wheels2u only repair cosmetic damage. Any structural damage such as cracked or buckled wheels cannot be repaired on a mobile basis.

Is it better to buy a new wheel or repair the old one?

Either a cosmetic smart repair or a full powder coat refurbishment is significantly cheaper then buying new.
We would only advise customers to buy a new wheel if the wheel has suffered serious structural damage.
