How long does a typical mobile alloy wheel repair take?
“Diamond-cut” refers to machining the wheel with a diamond-tipped lathe to remove a thin layer of alloy. This process exposes clean metal and creates a reflective, mirror-like finish — much different to paint or powder coating.
Do you come to my home or workplace?
Yes, our mobile vans visit your chosen location, whether that’s home, work, or anywhere convenient. No need to drop off your car.
Will the repaired wheels look like new?
Yes, our goal is to restore the wheels to a near-factory finish. Minor imperfections are smoothed and repainted to blend seamlessly.
Is the respray / repaint finish durable?

Can buckled or cracked wheels be repaired?
No – Wheels2u only repair cosmetic damage. Any structural damage such as cracked or buckled wheels cannot be repaired on a mobile basis.
Is it better to buy a new wheel or repair the old one?
Either a cosmetic smart repair or a full powder coat refurbishment is significantly cheaper then buying new.
We would only advise customers to buy a new wheel if the wheel has suffered serious structural damage.
